2. Booking & Payment
Appointments are confirmed only upon full payment. Payments are non-refundable once the session is confirmed, except in cases of cancellation by FAYEZ Consulting.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. No data will be shared with third parties without the client’s written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
FAYEZ Consulting is not liable for any decisions made by the client based on the consultation. All recommendations are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal or investment guarantees.
5. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed and non-refundable.
